How do I return or exchange a wool& item?Updated a month ago

Please visit returns.wooland.com to start your U.S. return or exchange. You’ll need your order number (e.g., #77777) to begin the process in our returns portal.

For domestic orders, we offer two easy return options through Happy Returns:

1. Return at a Happy Returns Bar (recommended)
After starting your return, you’ll receive a QR code by email. Bring your item and QR code to your nearest Happy Returns location. Your refund or exchange will be processed immediately once your item is scanned. Please bring packaging with the barcode for scanning.

2. Mail-in returns
After completing the return in our portal, you’ll be provided with a prepaid shipping label. Print the label and drop off your package with the listed carrier. Mail-in returns and exchanges will be processed upon receipt and inspection at our warehouse. Please allow 7–10 business days from the delivery date at our warehouse for your refund or exchange to be completed.
