What is your domestic return policy?Updated a month ago

We accept returns for U.S. orders within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn (beyond trying on), unwashed, and unaltered. Trying items on for fit is absolutely fine, but any extended wear will make them ineligible for return.

Return options:

  • Exchange (same style, different size/color) — free
  • Gift card — free
  • Refund to original payment — $8 processing fee per order

Processing timelines:

  • Happy Returns drop-offs: processed immediately
  • Mail-in returns: processed after receipt and inspection at our warehouse
    • Please allow 7–10 business days from delivery for your return to be completed

Policy exceptions:

  • Sale items are eligible for exchange or gift card only
  • Underwear is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
    • We recommend ordering one pair first to confirm fit
  • Bras follow our standard return policy
  • International orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
