Can I use a dress that I purchased secondhand?

We will accept challenges with dresses purchased directly from our website only. Items purchased secondhand, like from eBay or a buy/sell/trade page, are not eligible for a challenge. We will verify your order when we review your photos, prior to iss

Can I alternate between multiple wool& dresses during the challenge?

We love that you love our dresses, but the 30 and 100 day challenge is for one dress for the duration of the challenge.

Can the children in my life also participate in the challenge?

Kids are welcome to participate if they fit into our adult-sized clothing. wool&kids items are not eligible. Please note that wool&kids items will not be restocked in the future.

How can I use my gift card after completing a challenge?
