We will gladly process returns for a refund, gift card, or exchange for up to 30 days after the date of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition - unwashed, unworn, and unaltered. Trying an item on to determine fit is fine, but wearing the item for any amount of time will make it ineligible for return.&#xA0;Exchanges and returns for a gift card are free. Returns for a refund will incur a $8 fee per order.&#xA0;Policy exceptions:<ul><li style="font-size: 16px;">Items that are marked down as part of our <a href="https://wooland.com/collections/warehouse-cleanout-event" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Warehouse Cleanout</a> can only be returned for an exchange or gift card.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">We don&apos;t accept any underwear returns or exchanges for hygienic reasons.
