Gift cards are sent digitally directly as a code to the email address you used when placing your order. They may sometimes end up in spam, junk, or promotions folders, so it is recommended to check there or use the search function in your email. 

If you do not receive your code, please reach out to [email protected] and we can resend the code as well as provide details like the sender, recipient email, and card digits for your reference.
