How do I apply a gift card or store credit balance to an order?Updated 20 hours ago

Gift cards: After purchasing a gift card from our website, or returning an item for a gift card, a digital gift card code will be sent to you via the email address provided for your order. You can use this gift card code at checkout by entering it exactly in the entry field titled "Discount code or gift card." We recommend copy and pasting the code to ensure no typos are made.

This code is valid towards all items throughout our line and does not expire or lose value over time. 

Should you need to return an item ordered with a gift card, the balance will be restored to the same digital gift card. 

Store credit: If you have been issued store credit to your account, it will be available to use at checkout once you are logged into your account using the email address that the store credit was issued to. Store credit cannot be transferred between different users.

Should you need to return an item ordered with store credit, the balance will be restored to your account once your return is approved.
